Introduction

iSE Hot dipped galvanized steel water tank use special slab. The 1000T hydraulic press mould made into different size slab (1.0x1.0m, 1.0x0.5m, 0.5x0.5m), use bolt, rubber strip to connect into different specifications and forms.

Hoot dip galvanized steel water tank is anti-corrotion, anti-aging, no distortion, no infiltration and leakage. Tank is easy to clean and conveniently to install and assemble. It can storage not only hot water, but also cold water, and has a better shockproff and shock resistant ability.


Technical Specification

Design

  • Material

    The Panel is made by hydraulic press mould, available in hot dipped galvanized (HDG Steel) and Stainless Steel.
    Panel size available in 1000x1000mm, 1000x500mm, and 500x500mm.
    Panel thickness from 2.0mm-5.5mm. It is different according to the tank dimension.
  • Flanges

    The sectional panels are pressed with double flanges at the angles of 45 degree and 90 degree toward the face of the plate on four sides.
  • Reinforcement Method

    All tanks are internally reinforced to make sure rigidity of the tank when filled with the water. The Top panel is supported by support, which is made of hot-dipped galvanized steel or stainless steel material.





Accessories

  • Bolt, Nuts, & Washers

    Hot Dipped galvanized steel, stainless steel or Dacromet material.
  • Sealing Material

    Sealing material have EPDM rubber strip, silicone cement.
  • Covers

    The tank cover shall be constructed from 1.5mm to 4.0mm of thickness hot-dipped galvanized steel or stainless steel or stainless steel sheet according to the requirement.
  • Ladders and Level Indicator

    Internal & external ladder shall be made of hot-dipped galvanized material, or stainless steel.
